Pops Goes the Summer

We've been asked to play at Pops Goes the Summer again this year. The date is Saturday, September 1, 2007, from approximately 4 to 6 pm. Raindate is the following date, Sunday, September 2. We will share these 2 hours with Falmouth Early Instrumentalists.

We should start thinking about what we want to play, and who is interested in playing/available.

Tentative performance

We may play on April 14 at the Friends meeting house, as part of a benefit for the Ramallah Friends School scholarship fund. My understanding is that we would play only a few pieces. More later.

Welcome

This is a good idea-
I hope it attracts other flute players to join us here in Falmouth

We need a base flutist, a picollo player and as many C flutes as we can get.

It's fun and we do enjoy playing together at practices and gigs
